After years in solitude, Alaskan Firedog is back.
With frontman Jim in a Hondurian prison, the bandmates were forced to the contusion that there can be only one Nate and he is dead. This album is critically acclaimed as a true piece of art. it is threw this art are we all reminded how mindlful art really is. It is only through the smell of shit are we reminded of the disgusting truth that it flows freely from us all. There lies the beauty of this album. with Nate dead and his clone Jim in a Hondurian prison camp it seemed like this album was inevitably the last fire dog album - and with the masses constantly screaming for more - it was released. Will there be more? Is Nate really dead? Is Jim, Nate? All the questions are either answered or left out in this truly amazing composition of devotionals and fantasies.
"I like it especially the different voices and sounds!" - Chanin Slisz
"Something other than just run of the mill trash, more of magic hobo trash which could easily be confused as gold." -PASTE
"appalling and yet satisfying. . . A work of true genius...4.5 stars" -Pitchfork
"It put me in an audio state of fear and loathing.. Not only a combatant to my mind, but also my soul. Thank you" -Zach Lawrence·
"What are you talking about? Do I even know you?" - Margaret Pulley
Slant promised to add it to their "Top singles of 2014" but didn't actually mention any specifics about the list or their thoughts on the music.
All in all, another great Let's Talk Figures success!!!
Let it be known that the members of Alaskan Firedog would like to apologize for track 4, Run Away To Belize, It is certainly NOT MUSIC and we would definitely not included it if it weren't for the bastards at Let's Talk Figures. As an attempt to include music which would be more "marketable" the executives at LTF forced us into releasing it, and quite early on the album too.
